It is a great pleasure and honor for us to invite and host members of the Vulcan Riders community in 2025,
jointly organized by the Austrian and Hungarian teams, which will take place at Lake Balaton.
The environment
Lake Balaton and the Balaton highlands are a paradise for motorcyclists. The winding roads and picturesque landscapes along the shores of Lake Balaton offer a stunning sight for all motorcyclists. The roads leading through the hills and valleys of the Balaton Highlands offer exciting bends and beautiful panoramas. Following Route 71, you can reach the most attractive parts of the northern shore of Lake Balaton, such as Tihany, where the famous abbey and lavender fields will greet you.
On a motorbike ride through the Balaton highlands, it is worth stopping in small villages such as Nagyvázsony, where the historic atmosphere of Kinizsi Castle is captivating. Around Tapolca, the lake cave and the basalt organs are special attractions. The view from the castle on the way to Sümeg is an unforgettable experience. Around Hévíz and Keszthely, the thermal baths and Festetics Castle offer a relaxing place to unwind after a long day on the bike.
From a motorcyclist’s point of view, Lake Balaton and the Balaton Highlands are not only about beautiful landscapes but also about a sense of freedom and satisfying your thirst for adventure. Every bend, and every stop offers new experiences and things to discover.
Accommodation
The Danubius Hotel Marina is the venue for the event. The hotel is located directly on the shores of Lake Balaton, offering a private beach, leisure facilities, and all-inclusive catering. This includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A snack bar is available between meals.
The hotel offers comfortable double rooms for biker friends.
The location
The 2025 meeting will take place in one of the oldest settlements on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. Balatonfüred, one of the most important settlements on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, has been an important center of Hungarian culture and tourism for centuries. It was known as early as Roman times, but its real boom began in the 18th century when its medicinal acidulous waters were discovered. The town soon became a meeting place for the nobility and the artistic world, especially during the reform era, when celebrities such as István Széchenyi and Sándor Kisfaludy were frequent visitors.
In the 19th century, Balatonfüred became a center of Hungarian literature and music and hosted many famous events. The town still preserves its historical atmosphere, reflected in the old villas, the reformed part of town, and the famous Tagore promenade. Balatonfüred is not only known for its cultural heritage but is also one of the most popular destinations for sailing and holidays by Lake Balaton.
Games
During the meeting, participants will be encouraged to play games in which international teams will compete for honors and trophies. Details will be shared later.
Very important
Camping is not possible on the hotel grounds. Therefore, we can only offer accommodation in hotel rooms. Please, note that pets aren’t allowed in the hotel or on its grounds.
Limited parking for caravans is available to ensure sufficient space for motorbikes. Electricity and water are not available for motorhomes. Please, contact us by e-mail if you will attend with a caravan.

The Rally Ticket price is per person. The purchase of the Rally Ticket is mandatory.
The accommodation has all-inclusive service, featuring a wide selection of food and beverages throughout the day, including alcoholic drinks.
Commemorable t-shirts (15 EUR) can be purchased. Order must be placed in advance.
